Send the product to Teltex and our 6 in-house, factory-trained technicians quickly fix the problem. As a national service center, we repair products from all vendors including Ameriphone/Clarity, Ultratec, ClearSounds, Williams Sound, Sonic Alert, Krown, Silent Call and Conversor. Most repairs will be completed in 2-3 days and the product quickly returned to you. All repairs include a 90-day warranty.
